Ben was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful in the colour selection process.His team manager Darren, who did most of the 'hands-on' work, was meticulous with his attention to detail and in delivering a perfect result. Darren and his team were efficient, but never rushed.and cleanliness was an obvious priority. Any left over epoxy, rollers, brushes etc. were carefully returned to a sealed bin and taken away. Nothing was left onsite and no cleaning or disposal of waste on site. The garage is my domain, but my wife loves how much better it now looks and especially the way the floor no longer shows tyre marks. It's also extremely easy to clean, looks awesome and definitely improved the value of our home. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a top of the range epoxy floor..

I selected Epoxy Flooring Adelaide mainly on the basis of their excellent website and informative video and photos, plus the 10 year guarantee. Ben came round promptly to measure up and send us a quote. Unfortunately, with Christmas coming, we had to wait a couple of months for the job to commence. Ben indicated that they probably wouldn't put masking tape on the skirting boards of our garage, so to be on the safe side I spent an hour fitting 50 mm wide blue tape. Joss and his mate turned up on the allotted date to grind off the concrete, fill the cracks and apply the first coat. Unfortunately they couldn't return the next day as planned because they didn't have the appropriate materials, which is strange because the job was booked over two months earlier. Two days later (after Australia Day) Josh applied the second coat and the 'Mica' flake. Then the following day they scraped off the excess flake, cleaned up and applied the final coat. Despite sealing off the internal garage door, the solvent from the final coat filled our house with a strong odour for about 10 hours, which was quite unpleasant. Opening the external panel garage door fully helped a lot with the odour. The garage floor now looks great, and is a significant improvement on the stained and cracked concrete. At over $4,300 for a 50 square metre garage, it felt quite expensive (and the surcharge for using a credit card didn't help). I can't comment on the long term durability since we haven't started using the garage yet (the epoxy takes seven days to cure fully). In summary, Epoxy Flooring Adelaide did an excellent job and achieved a superb finish. I strongly recommend them if you want to smarten up your garage floor.

During the site inspection, he also provided samples of various flake sizes, colour combinations and epoxy base colours. After seeing the samples in real life, under natural light and seeing the texture of the finished product, we ended up going with a completely different flake size and colour combination to what we originally wanted. I highly recommend checking out the samples before making a decision.The team was great accommodating our time frame and for that we cannot thank you enough.The equipment they use for concrete grinding and surface preparation is very quiet, there is no disturbance to you or your neighbors. There was no dust residue at all and all rubbish was removed by the team before leaving each day. All the recessed, hard to get to areas including the insides of C channels were treated as well.They were on site at the previously confirmed time each day.The communication extended post installation, including information on curing times and maintenance tips.Photos really don't do it justice.
