Project Scope
This client of ours in Craigburn Farm, SA had recently renovated their entire house. Everything was looking superb except for their double garage. It had accumulated oil stains, tyre marks, and other spills over the years.
When we were called in to help show the owners what could be done, we showed them a variety of options on how they could restore their garage floor. We decided to go with epoxy flake flooring. It was the best option for this client not only for the ability to improve the look of their garage, but also because our client was an older couple. Safety was an important issue for them. With the textured finish of the epoxy flake flooring, it is not slippery even when wet.
After explaining how epoxy works, the safety elements and that it was easy to clean, they agreed to choose epoxy flake flooring. They wanted to be able to keep the garage floor looking pristine for years after it had been restored, even if there was a spill sometime in the future.
They chose the colour “Flint” for their epoxy flake flooring. It had the right balance of a timeless style with a contemporary flair to match the design choices throughout the rest of the recently renovated home.
It’s no surprise our client loved the new garage floor! It was the kind of transformation that they had envisioned to finish off their renovation and we were happy to hand this over to them.
