Project Scope
Our client from Mansfield Park wanted us to fix his outdoor concrete area and pathways. It was patchy and worn in some spots with the previous black paving paint already coming off making it look incredibly worn.
It had common stains and mould growth making it look generally unappealing. He simply wanted to have a nice, uniform finish across the two areas to match his otherwise neat home.
After a free site inspection and quote, we began the transformation by removing the old paving paint first by diamond grinding the concrete to correct the surface profile and prepare it for the new epoxy flooring.
We used vinyl flakes in the colour ‘Flint‘, to complement the surrounding areas and colour scheme of the home.
The old-looking outdoor area now looks as if a new exposed aggregate concrete was laid. Our client now has a chemical-resistant outdoor area that he can hose down and easily clean without risk of early wear or moulding.
Our client’s new outdoor flooring not only looks great but also provides a layer of safety with its anti-slip, textured finish.
